Online Payments

 St John’s Primary School offers the facility for parents to make payments online for various school activities such as school trips.

Many parents told us that finding the correct change or writing a cheque to pay for your child’s activity can be frustrating. This, combined with the  additional security that is available when using an online payment facility, was an important factor in the decision behind being able to accept online payments.

We are using a system called ‘School Money’ which is part of the Teachers2Parents Company we already use to send you text messages.

From time to time you will receive a text message from school inviting you to access the School Money website to make the payment for an activity. The text message will contain a password that is unique to you and will remain valid for future log ins – please keep this safe. The text message will also give you the link to the website www.schoolmoney.co.uk.

Once you enter the website, you will need to enter your email address, mobile telephone number and unique password which you will receive with the text mesage.  Once this has been entered, you will be given details of the school activity and payment options.
